It was born from the desire to reclaim that feeling of home the sea always gave me as a child. When I found this little corner between two waters, I knew I had to share it. I renovated and designed it with care so that you too could feel the same: peace, beauty, and connection.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, at Maresía pets are welcome. They are part of the family, and we love having them as long as the space is respected and the tranquility of the surroundings is maintained.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. We have a flexible cancellation policy: reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date. After that period, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Once you confirm your reservation, you will receive all the details to contact us and check availability for early check-in or late check-out. The possibility of adjusting times depends on occupancy and the time of year. During high season, it is usually not possible due to scheduling and cleaning requirements.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is surface parking next to the building at no additional cost. It is not a private parking space, but there are plenty of spots available. During peak season, availability may be more limited, although you can usually find a spot nearby.
How is check-in done?
A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary check-in details, including key collection and the personal information form, as required by current regulations. During regular hours, keys are handed over in person. If you arrive outside these hours, we will provide instructions on how to collect the keys from a designated lockbox for your convenience.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We want to maintain a clean, healthy, and pleasant space for all our guests. If needed, you may smoke in the outdoor area, always respecting the surroundings and community guidelines.
